Compassionate, licensed care you can trust
Rather than focusing only on muscles, her approach works with the underlying patterns behind pain and tension, including posture, stress, and nervous system response.
She works with clients experiencing chronic neck, shoulder, and back pain, injury recovery, and long-standing tension that hasn’t fully resolved with other treatments.
Jenelle’s work is both precise and intuitive.
Sessions are guided by what the body needs, combining targeted therapeutic techniques with a pace that supports nervous system regulation.
This allows the body to release tension more effectively—often without the need for excessive pressure.
Jenelle works with clients who:
experience chronic or recurring pain
carry a lot of tension from stress or daily demands
are recovering from injury (including MVA cases)
want deeper, more lasting results from bodywork
Many of her clients come after trying multiple approaches without lasting relief.
Jenelle sees clients at Blue Tiger Massage, serving the Beaverton, Tigard, and greater Portland area.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes—but not all massage works the same way.
Chronic pain is often maintained by both physical tension and protective nervous system patterns. By addressing both, bodywork can help reduce pain, improve mobility, and support longer-lasting results.
Pain often returns when underlying patterns—such as muscle guarding, posture, or stress-related tension—aren’t addressed.
This work focuses on those deeper patterns, helping the body hold change between sessions.
Not always.
In many cases, reducing protective muscle guarding allows tissue to release more effectively than applying excessive force. This can lead to better outcomes with less discomfort.
